Newton’s Nook New Holiday Release Blog Hop!

Here’s the card I created using some of the products from the new release!

If you have been following my Instagram recently then you probably noticed that I’ve been enjoying making CAS cards, they are so much quicker to create but also give you a much needed crafty fix.

To create this card, I started by stamping and coloring one of the images from the (new) Bells & Holly Stamp Set. After coloring it with copic markers, I die cut it using the (new) Bells & Holly Die Set.

Next I die cut a banner using the one of the dies from the Frames & Flags Die Set and heat embossing 2 of the sentiment from the same stamp set on to 2 ends of the banner using black embossing powder. Once cooled, I ink blended some Mowed Lawn distress oxide ink to add some color.

Lastly, to finish off the card, I dry embossed the Holiday Foliage Stencil on to the card front, added my die cut pieces using foam tape along with a few jewels to match my coloring.
