Holiday Coffee | Caffinated Christmas Card Challenge

Hello there crafty friends! I hope that you are all doing well! I shared this card a few days ago on my instagram, and thought I would put it up here, not that anyone reads blogs these days, but I do it more for me than anyone else!

To create this card I started with a piece of A2 for the card front, and an A2 card base. I die the mug from the Winter Mug Dies from Pretty Pink Posh for the shaker window, along with the snowflake. I stamped a sentiment from the Christmas Roundabout stamp set along the edge of the mug. Lastly, for the card front, I created a shaker box with acetate for the mug window.

For the back of the shaker, I stamped and embossed the image from the Christmas Roundabout stamp set, and ink blending over it using distress oxide ink in Tumbled Glass and Twisted Citron.

I finished off the card by adding the card base to the card front, and adhering the snowflake on the shaker window.

I didn’t finish this card in time for the Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge, but wanted to mention them in case you are looking for a new challenge to join!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Leaves and Lattes Card

Hello crafty friends! I hope that your week is going well! I have been trying to come on here since Monday, so clearly my week has been busy! Can’t wait to wrap up some real life projects to that I can get back to fall crafting, as it’s my favorite time of year to craft as I LOVE all things fall, including ALL the coffee stamps that are released! I was so excited to be able to add the Fall Calls for Lattes stamp set to my collection!

To create this card :

I started by stamping all latte and leaves from the Fall Calls for Lattes stamp set on to heavy weight white paper with Honey Bee Stamps Intense Black Ink and colored it using copic markers.

These are the copic markers that I used.

Next I die cut the images using the coordinating dies and played around with my layout, I ended up not using all the pieces that I colored.

I stamped and embossing the sentiment using VersaFine Ink in Onyx Black and clear embossing powder, and ink blended on to the center of the card front to highlight the colored die cuts using Salvaged Patina distress oxide.

I finished off the card by gluing everything together using a combination of foam tape and liquid adhesive, and adding a few jewels.

Thanks for following along today! I hope that this card inspires you to create something!
