Happy Friday y’all! The skies are finally clearing up and I have a HUGE todo list to get through before planning for tomorrow’s double date IN! As life slowly returns to normal, I hope that I remain appreciative of the little things and don’t take them for granted! Including my little space on the internet! I love being able to share my cards (and sometimes random adventures) with all of you!
On to today’s card! I created another card using the Poinsettia Corners Stamp Set from Pretty Pink Posh. You can see the first card I created here. The biggest change I made was making it a holiday card, and used a slightly different combination of copic markers.
To create this card, I started by stamping the larger of the bouquets twice with copic friendly ink on to white card stock. I colored them using copic markers and die cut them using the coordinating dies.
To assemble the card, I started by embossing the Christmas Background Stencil. I added the poinsettia corners on the two corners of the card base. Next I stacked the “merry” and “Christmas” from the Bitty Buzzwords: Holidays die cuts. I die cut them from black card stock 3 times and once from black glitter card stock. And as always I added some jewels to finish off the card, this time using Holiday Jewels Mix.
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope that you were inspired to create something! Make sure to tag me @everydayengineered and @prettypinkposh on Instagram and join the Facebook group so that we can see what you have created!
Happy Hump Day Y’all! It’s finally NOT raining here today and we got to get out to the park! I was going to get coffee on my way there, but #momlife! Looking forward to my morning cup tomorrow! Today I’m sharing a fun pair of card that I made a fun floral stamp set from Honey Bee Stamps.
Ever since I discovered the muted look of distress oxide inks on kraft paper, I just can’t stop! To show the difference between kraft and white card stock, I created a pair of cards to share today using the same inks.
To create these cards, I started by stamping some of the florals from Honey Bee Stamp’s Wildflowers stamp set using copic friendly ink on to heavy weight white card stock. I colored in the images using copic markers.
Can you see how much brighter the colors are on white card stock? I love it as much as I love the muted tones on kraft for fall cards!
To finish off the cards I embossed the word “thankful” from the Bitty Buzzwords : Fall stamp set along with the “FOR YOU” onto stripes of paper. I die cut the “thankful” word using the coordinating die. I arranged the colored flowers in a bunch, adhering them to the inked card front using foam tape and liquid adhesive. Lastly I adhered the “thankful” die cut using foam tape and tucked the sentiment strip underneath it and added some jewels around the florals.
I hope that this inspires you to create something crafty at the end of your day! If you do, and share on Instagram, be sure to tag me (@everydayengineered) and Honey Bee Stamps (@honeybeestamps)! We love to see what you create!
Who else loves a great wreath stamp! I am obsessed with them, and pretty much have one for every season! But then Kerry from Ink Hill Revival got me thinking about stretching my supplies and I was like… umm why not use the tiny flowers from stamp sets, and make my own wreath! So after a little coloring and A LOT of die cutting, here’s what I ended up creating!
To create this card, I started by stamping the poinsettias and holly leaves from Honey Bee Stamps’Riding By…Holiday Style stamp set with copic friendly ink and coloring them using copic markers. Next I stamped the detailed leaves with two shades of green ink and die cut ALL the images!
To assemble the card, I started with a grey card base and added a maroon sheet from the Vintage Holiday paper pad, which I trimmed down to be a little smaller than than an A2 size, and die cut it using the Pierced Fancy Flakes Cover Plate. I cut a circle using the Sweet Stacks : Circle die from a sheet of pattern paper from the same pad and embossed a sentiment from the Bitty Buzzwords : Holidays stamp set.
I finished off the card by adhering the die cut florals and leaves using liquid adhesive along with foam tape to add some dimension to create the “wreath” around the sentiment. And of course I added some jewels to the finished card.
I hope that this inspires you to create something crafty at the end of your day! If you do, and share on Instagram, be sure to tag me (@everydayengineered) and Honey Bee Stamps (@honeybeestamps)! We love to see what you create!
Happy Tuesday y’all! I hope that you are all having am amazing start to the week! I got my Pretty Pink PoshWinter Release order last week, and of course I had to get inky ASAP! I picked up the Poinsettia Corners Stamp Set along with the coordinating dies. I’m super excited to add it to my holiday themed stamps from Pretty Pink Posh!
To create this card, I started by stamping the 2 larger poinsettia bouquets on to white card stock using copic friendly black ink. I colored them using Copic Markers, die cut and then added some glitter glue in the flower centers along with accents using a white gel pen.
Copic Combo : R 37, 39, 59; R 59, 89; YG 03, 17, 67, YG 63, G24; G 94, 99, YG 63
For the sentiment I die cut the Thank You Script Die from matte golden paper 3 times and stacked it. I finished off the card by adding the floral die cuts and the word sentiment to a pattern paper trimmed down to an A2 size and finished off with some Holiday Jewels Mix.

It’s release day over at Newton’s Nook Designs and I thought that I would share a roundup of all the cards I made and link the products used on each card! You can also check out more details of how I made the cards on their individual posts.
The sentiment “welcome little one” from the Tag, You’re It: Celebrations stamp set caught my eye as I recently had a conversation with a friend about making baby cards with non baby stamps! So I create a little snow family using the Snow Family Like Ours StampSet and added the sentiment for a baby card!
To create this card, I started by stamping, coloring (with copics) and die cutting the snow family, next I cut down a piece of pattern paper using the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles die cut from the Vintage Holiday paper pad to create the background for the card.
Next, I die cut the largest tag from the Tag Builder Die Set twice, once from pattern paper (gingham galore paper pad) and once from white card stock. I stamped the snowflakes from the Snow Family Like Ours StampSet onto the white tag, using watermark ink along with silver embossing powder, and lightly inked it up with blue ink. I attached the two tags with some twine to create a layered look, add the snow family and sentiment to finish off the card!

Happy Thursday! It’s the last day of reveal week over at Newton’s Nook Designs and its been so exciting to share a ton of inspiration with y’all this week! It might not be the holiday season yet, but it sure looks like it’s here in my craft room! Today we are showcasing the Prehistoric Christmas & Christmas Pheasant + Coordinating Dies, Heartfelt Holidays stamp sets! Here’s how I was inspired!
Reveal week if definitely ending with a bang as I have 3 cards to share with y’all today!
I created the first card using the Heartfelt Holidays stamp set, the latest addition to the Heartfelt collection, which happens to be one of my favorites collections from Newton’s Nook Designs!
To create this card, I started by stamping and coloring the image using copic markers. Then I die cut it with the largest scallop heart from the Heart Frame Die Set (the Heartfelt Holidays stamp set, along with ALL the Heartfelt stamps, work with the Heart Frame Die Set and the Banner Trio Die Set.)
To finish off the card, I added the die cut heart to an A2 piece of pattern paper from the NEW Meowy Christmas Paper Pad. I created the sentiment using the word “merry” from the Snow Globe Shaker Die Set cut from golden card stock and trimmed the “merry Christmas” from the Heartfelt Holidays stamp set. I felt like the word die cut was fading into the colored image, so I backed it with a smaller heart die cut from vellum. Lastly, I added some jewels!
For my second card, I started by stamping and coloring two of the dinosaurs from the Prehistoric Christmas stamp set, and die cutting them with the coordinating dies.
To create the scene, I started by die cutting two hills, using a sheet of pattern paper from the Meowy Christmas Paper Pad. Next I inked up the card bases using the Snowfall Stencil with some light blue ink. layered the hills and dinosaurs onto the card front, stamped a sentiment from the same stamp set and finished off the card with some snow flake shaped sequins.
For my last card of the reveal, I made a CAS-ish card using the mini Christmas Pheasant stamp set. I started by coloring and die cutting the little pheasant. Next, I embossed a card front using the Holiday Foliage Stencil.
To finish of the card, I die cut multiple banners using the Frames & Flags Die Set and Banner Trio Die Set, from white card stock for the sentiment and the pattern paper pad, Meowy Christmas Paper Pad. I layered them on to the embossed card front, and added the Pheasant image!

After having fun creating yesterday’s no coloring card, I decided to play around with embossing today, instead of coloring. This card is perfect for mass producing too!
To create this card, I started by arranging the images from the New Year Cheers stamp set on to a large acrylic block. Then I stamp the cluster on to vellum using watermark ink along with gold embossing powder. For the sentiment I die cut and stacked the “cheers” from the Cheers Die Cuts in black card stock. I also embossed “to the new year” from the New Year Cheers stamp set in white on to some black card stock.
To finish off the card, I added the vellum piece to a black A2 top folding card base, added the word die cut along with the sentiment using liquid and foam adhesive, and added a few black jewels.

Happy Wednesday! It’s reveal week over at Newton’s Nook Designs and I’m so excited to share a ton of inspiration with you this week! It might not be the holiday season yet, but it sure looks like it’s here in my craft room! Today we are showcasing the Christmas Cocktails & Dairy Christmas along with their coordinating Dies! Here’s how I was inspired!
Both this sets challenged my creativity as they aren’t my “go to” images, not sure about the cocktails, but the animals and critters are slowly growing on me!
For my first card, I started by stamping and coloring the image from the Dairy Christmas stamp set and die cutting it with the coordinating die. Next I die cut a grass edge, along with a hill from a sheet of pattern paper from the Meowy Christmas Paper Pad.I also die cut a fence from white card and inked it up a bit using some brown ink. Lastly I die cut a banner from the Banner Trio Die Set and stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set on to in.
To assemble the card, I created a cloud background using blue card stock, the Petite Cloud Stencil and some texture paste. After it dried I added all the die cut elements along with the colored image using a combination of foam tape and liquid glue to add some dimension.
For my second card, I stamped, colored and die cut all the images from the Christmas Cocktails stamp set.
Next, I created the background for card, starting with stamping and embossing a sentiment in the center of an A2 card base. Then I inked up in a blue ombre and then using the Petite Snow Stencil along with white pigment ink. Once the ink dried, I shifted the stencil and added some glitter gel to the panel.
Once the glitter gel dried, I added all the cocktail images around the sentiment using foam tape.

To create this card, I started by embossing the Falling Snow Background stamp with silver embossing powder onto an A2 piece of white card stock, and lightly inked it up with some light blue ink. Next, I stamped and embossed the sentiment from the Hug In A Mug Stamp Set on black card stock and die cutting with the coordinating dies.
Can you believe that this card has no coloring! Yup, only die cutting the mugs and add on from the Mugs & Kisses Dies. I die cut the mugs from a sheet of pattern paper from the Vintage Holiday Paper Pad and the rest of the pieces from white glitter card stock.
I added all the pieces to the ink background using foam tape and liquid adhesive to add some dimension. And as always I finished of the card with some jewels!
