Snowball Fight | Evelin T Designs

Happy Friday! For the first time in a long time I have a to do list for today including writing up a bunch of blogpost cause I’ve got a ton of fun stuff to share next week! Stay tuned for lots of cute inspiration! Speaking of cute, how adorable are these little critters from Evelin T Designs!

I colored the two little animals from the Baby, it’s Cold Outside stamp set with Zig Real Brush Markers and fussy cut them. To create the scene, I die cut both the scallop and the stitched rectangle along with the hill from the Slim Card Basics Creative Cuts. I stamped and embossed the entire stitched rectangle with the snowflake image with white embossing powder. Then I ink blended over it using some distress oxide ink in Tumbled Glass. Lastly I smooshed some glue on to the ‘hill’ piece and covered it with chunky glitter after stamping the sentiment from the same stamp set.

To assemble the card, I layered the die cuts, with some foam under the hill to add dimension. Then added the critters along with their snowballs (that I covered with glossy accents after sticking them to the card).

I hope this inspires you to create more thank just holiday card with our winter stamps! This card is part of my #ammismakecards on Instagram, be sure to hop on over and see what my friends have made with me!

Peony Slimline (with Evelin T Designs)

Welcome back! Hope y’all had a great weekend! It sure was HOT here in Seattle! Thank God for AC and craft time! My new obsession is digital stamps! I love that they are way more affordable, can be resized, foiled and there’s no shipping time! Win-Win- and so many more wins!

For today’s card I used the With Love, Peonies from Evelin T Designs. I resized the image and printed two of them on the same sheet to be able to create a slimline card front.

Copic Combos : RV 63 – 66 – 69 and YG 67 – 63 – G 21

I colored the peony images using the copic combos list above, then die cut using a slim line die. Then I added a die cut sentiment, cut from golden card stock and stacked with regular cardstock for added dimension. I finished the card by adhering the card panel on to a kraft card base.

Can’t wait to use this image again! What’s your favorite digital stamp? Let me know in the comments below!
