Happy Wednesday! It’s the first reveal week of 2022 over at Newton’s Nook Designs and I’m so excited to share a ton of inspiration with you this week! Today we are showcasing the Heartfelt Meow and Heartfelt Woof stamp set, that work with the previously released Heart Frames Dies and Banner Trio Dies.
For today’s card, I wanted to share ideas that don’t involve detailed coloring and us pattern paper, cause we all hoard pattern paper, right?
Believe it or not, my first card had ZERO coloring! A little stamping, and a bit more die cutting and we were done! This is a perfect card for mass producing!
To create this card, I started my cutting down a sheet of pattern paper from the Meows paper pad to an A2 size. Next I die cut the stitched rectangles using the A7 Frames and Banner Die Set. I lined them on the card front. Then I stamped the image from the Heartfelt Woof stamp set on to Kraft paper using brown ink and die cut it using the largest scallop heart from the Heart Frames Dies. I finished off the card by stamping a sentiment from the same Heartfelt Woof on to a banner die cut using the Banner Trio Dies.
For my second card, I decided to add some color, but this time using ink blending so that it’s quick!
To create this card, I started by stamping the image from the Heartfelt Meow stamp set with watermark ink and embossed it in white. I inked it up in a rainbow using distress oxides (in twisted citron, squeezed lemon, ripe persimmon, festive berry, picked raspberry) and added a few splatters of water. Once it dried I die cut it using the largest scallop heart from the Heart Frames Dies.
To finish off the card, I dry embossed the Petite Hearts Stencil on to the card front and added a sentiment from the Heartfelt Meow stamp set on to a banner die cut from Banner Trio Dies.

Lovely cards! I especially like the patterned paper (oh yes, I will be hoarding that as well) and the textured heart background.
