Newton’s Nook Designs – DAY 2 – Newton’s Heart + coordinating Dies

Happy Tuesday! It’s the first reveal week of 2023 over at Newton’s Nook Designs and I’m so excited to share a ton of inspiration with you this week! Today we are showcasing the Newton’s Heart stamp set along with the coordinating Dies.

For today’s project I decided to create a shaped bookmark using the new Newton’s Heart stamp set. I started my stamping the image on to white cardstock and coloring it using copic markers. The I die cut it using the coordinating die, along with 2 extra cuts, one from white card stock and two from pattern paper.

Using a small piece of scrap paper to create a hinge and attach the colored image to one of the pattern paper die cuts, then I used the second pattern paper die cut and the white die cut to hide the scrap paper hinge.

Lastly, I added a little die cut letter from the Essential Alphabet Die Set to customize it!
